Merchandisers Supervisor
Obligations:
• Setting goals, assigning responsibilities to merchandisers, assessing the quality of work;
• Organize the work of employees in such a way as to achieve the planned indicators in a certain time frame;
• Prevent possible failures in the process, quickly make adequate decisions in case of force majeure;
• Reporting.
Requirements:
• Work experience of 3 years in sales of FMCG;
• Knowledge of the main operational processes of supermarket chains;
• Personal qualities: analytical skills, effective management of one’s working time, self-organization, responsibility, focus on results;
• Availability of a driver’s license;
• A plus will be the presence of your own car;
